Referring doctors should forward any patient referrals to the rooms via the encrypted messaging system Referral-Net or by fax at their earliest convenience. All referrals are triaged appropriately and in a timely manner. Dr Lauren Beswick welcomes phone calls about urgent cases and therefore all doctors are encouraged to contact the practice if there is a clinical urgency.
Return correspondence relating to the patient consultation and management will be forwarded to the referring doctor in a prompt manner.
